▷ [15h Left] Concierge Coordinator
We’ve been on South Australia’s side for more than 85 years. Our mission is to bring about a better state of health by making it easier for South Australians to access quality care and support, while continuing to give back to the communities we call home. No matter where or how we grow, our focus will always be helping locals live healthier, happier lives.
We’re proud to be a not-for-profit and prouder still to be guided by what’s right for our members, our people, and our community. As South Australia’s largest open health insurer, providing cover to more than 90,000 people, we’re on our members’ side for the moments that matter.
We’re now seeking an experienced and people-focused Concierge Coordinator to join our Dental team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our patients while leading and supporting our front‑of‑house concierge team.
About the role
As the Concierge Coordinator you’ll provide day‑to‑day leadership and coordination of our dental concierge team to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a positive team culture. You’ll oversee rosters, daily task allocation, workflow efficiency, and act as the first point of contact for administrative queries and escalations.
You’ll also play a hands‑on role in ensuring our patients receive an exceptional experience—from the first point of contact to post‑treatment follow‑up—while supporting the development and growth of your team.
- Lead, coach and support the concierge team to deliver an exceptional front‑of‑house experience.
- Coordinate daily workflows, rosters and task allocation for optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations, troubleshooting, and administrative queries.
- Manage patient feedback and complaints in a timely, empathetic and solutions‑focused way.
- Oversee administrative processes including cash handling, invoicing, daily banking and patient recalls.
- Monitor appointment utilisation and collaborate with the Patient Experience team to optimise clinician schedules.
- Support performance reviews and identify training needs in collaboration with the Dental Practice Manager.
- Promote a positive, collaborative and supportive team culture that values communication, respect and continuous improvement.
About you
You’re an experienced and confident leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You’re known for your ability to motivate and develop others, and you take pride in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.
As a leader at Health Partners, you’ll:
- See the big picture and connect daily work to our strategy, communicating clearly and leading with accountability.
- Build a positive, inclusive environment where team members feel valued and heard.
- Proactively coach and develop your team for growth and improved performance.
- Take ownership of team‑based risks and support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Drive continuous improvement and encourage innovation over perfectionism.
What’s on Offer
Generous employee benefits including:
- Paid parental leave
- Allowance on your private health insurance premium
- Access to internal and external learning opportunities
- Volunteer days to support our partner charities
- Employee Assistance Program access for you and your family
- Wellbeing programs and initiatives
Working with Health Partners means joining a diverse team of people who are committed to doing things side by side.
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application, be able to provide two recent referees, and hold a current satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 12 months) or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
Visit careers.healthpartners.com.au to learn more about life at Health Partners.
Applications will be screened as they are received.
Health Partners appreciates the time and effort it takes to prepare and submit your application, which is why we are a proud Circle Back Initiative Employer, committed to reviewing and responding to every candidate.
