Pizza Chef – Melbourne (Sponsorship Available)
We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join a dynamic and growing hospitality team in Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality, authentic pizzas.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas to order
- Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation
- Manage stock, ingredients, and kitchen cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pizza Chef (woodfire experience highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation and pizza-making techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Availability for evenings and weekends
