A Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic and collaborative team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of key ICT projects by leading business analysis activities and driving stakeholder engagement. The Senior Business Analyst will be offered an initial 12-month contract + 1 x 12-month extension option

The successful Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Leading stakeholder engagement to gather, document and analyse complex business requirements.
- Facilitating workshops and developing business scenarios, process maps, use cases, and data models.
- Supporting Agile delivery through backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Advising project stakeholders and providing solution options to resolve issues effectively.

The successful Senior Business Analyst will have experience in the following:

- A minimum of 10 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a Federal Government environment.
- Proven capability working on complex digital projects and delivering SaaS-based solutions.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience running workshops and producing business/process models, data flows, and use cases.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments, leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder reviews.
