What You’ll Do

You’ll own and grow your Victoria territory, developing business, expanding accounts, and representing Wagonmaster as a trusted partner. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams to meet sales goals, strengthen relationships, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction across Vancouver Island.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage business within the Greater Victoria area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify opportunities and act fast to stay ahead of competitors.
- Train customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Execute sales strategies to drive territory success and growth.
- Collaborate with management, warehouse, and customers to ensure seamless service.
- Use Wagonmaster’s CRM and tools to track sales, performance, and goals.

What You Bring

- 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience an asset
- Automotive industry or maintenance knowledge strongly preferred
- Must live within 30 minutes of downtown Victoria for customer visits and territory coverage
