Your impact

- Partner with the Store Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the store

- Motivate, coach, and develop your team to achieve sales and service excellence

- Build strong, lasting connections with customers through personalised service

- Maintain outstanding store presentation and operational standards

- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where people and performance thrive

What you bring

- Previous retail leadership or senior sales experience

- Jewellery sales experience highly regarded but not essential

- Strong communication and people skills, with a lead-by-example approach

- A proactive, hands-on attitude and genuine passion for customer service
