Job Description
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Reception and Facilities Coordinator to be the welcoming face of GMHBA at our Head Office. You’ll create an exceptional first impression for visitors, coordinate day-to-day reception and mailroom operations, and provide administrative support to ensure our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys variety in their day, and thrives on delivering high-quality service in a professional, people-focused environment. You’ll work closely with our Manager, People Safety and Wellbeing and wider support teams to keep our workplace welcoming, functional and aligned with GMHBA’s commitment to excellence.
- This is a part time .8 permanent / ongoing role.
- We can be flexible with what days the suitable candidate works (however, the preference is Tuesday- Friday)
- The FTE salary package for this role starts at $80,000.

- Demonstrated experience in reception and/or administrative roles within a corporate or professional setting.
- Well-presented, courteous and confident in managing a busy front-of-house environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Skilled in handling mailroom, office coordination or facilities administration tasks.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and general computer systems.
- Highly professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, accountable and known for providing outstanding customer service.
