Wealth Risk Advisory | Associate Manager

Our Wealth Risk Advisory team supports our entire Wealth Management ecosystem in Banking and Financial Services, providing operational risk advice, driving risk initiatives, and uplifting risk and control management. Working collaboratively, we help teams manage risk effectively and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What role will you play?

As an Associate Manager, you will partner with colleagues across our business to deliver operational risk advice and lead risk‑related projects. You will support the risk approval process, contribute to risk and control improvements, and work closely with stakeholders to assess and monitor risk performance. Your input will help shape robust risk management practices and enable teams to navigate a dynamic environment.

What you offer

- Experience in superannuation, platforms, managed accounts, custody or other relevant areas

- Strong understanding of risk management practices and frameworks, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risk

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly

- Attention to detail and the ability to approach challenges strategically and creatively

- Proven experience in building and influencing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
