Company Description
At Zenith, we are a connected team with purpose. We are driven to create new perspectives through modern media. We believe marketing is a powerful investment that can build, grow brands, and increase business profitability. So, we unlock opportunities for growth by placing consumer behaviour, attitudes, and insights at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on delivering return on investment, imagination, and insight.
Central to this vision is the knowledge that we are only as good as our people. To grow our clients' business, we need to attract, retain, develop, and grow the brightest talent in the industry. We know it is not the sum of one, but the sum of all of us that make us great. Our behaviours are: Be Bold, Be Kind, Be Better Together.
We’re determined to eradicate any barriers that prevent our people from achieving their fullest potential:
- We offer progressive flexible working options to everyone at all levels – It’s not a policy. It’s behaviour led and reinforced through our values.
- Mental health & wellbeing is something we consider a priority – It’s championed by our own people internally and is a regular conversation.
- We have a lot of fun – we’re constantly looking at reinventing how we’re connecting with each other.
Job Description
About the role:
The Digital Activation Executive will deliver best-in-class activation across digital channels, working closely with a wonderfully supportive team to assist with campaign setup across key digital platforms (such as META, TikTok, The Trade Desk, DV360, etc.). You will work across an exciting patch of clients including an innovative, modern telco and internet service provider who are known for doing things differently in market.
You will activate and monitor campaign performance and ensure pacing is on track, whilst identifying and recommending optimisation opportunities. You will produce post campaign reports that quantify the value of the media and provide recommendations that are actionable and measurable. Your client patch will be fun and fast-paced, with budget to innovate and produce visible results.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those who love to spend their time working actively in platform and have their finger on the pulse when it comes to digital campaign set up and execution. You’ll be supported by a Coordinator and be given the responsibility of managing their day to day responsibilities, as well as their on-going growth and development, whilst having a wonderful Manager and Director to help guide you through as you build on your existing platform exposure, analytical skills, and creative thinking.
What you will do with us:
- Review and Monitor Campaigns: Oversee the performance of digital media campaigns across platforms such as META, TikTok, The Trade Desk, and DV360, ensuring campaign pacing aligns with budget and goals.
- Adjust Campaigns: Modify budgets, bids, and targeting based on performance data. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to discuss updates and issues.
- Campaign Setup & Execution: Set up new campaigns across various platforms, ensuring all targeting, creative, and budget settings are optimised.
- Optimise Campaigns: Tweak targeting, bids, or creatives based on performance data to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and run efficiently. Keep team up to date on progress of campaign, escalate issues, and identify and recommend optimisation opportunities and ensure those optimisations are implemented promptly.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Regularly monitor live campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maintain proper pacing and budget alignment.
- Reporting & Insights: Compile and prepare performance reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues with campaigns, whether they’re related to technical glitches, underperformance, or other roadblocks.
- A/B Testing: Run tests and adjust creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
- Planning: Gather assets and plan for upcoming campaigns to ensure readiness for launch.
- Review Results: Analyse the day’s campaign results and report insights or action points to relevant teams.
- Assist Coordinator in developing detailed weekly (or agreed reporting schedule) and final post analysis, and set a positive example to ensure they have all the tools and information they need to perform tasks well.
What you’re looking for:
- A supportive and collaborative culture
- Clients who are open to be challenged and working progressively
- Fulfil your career goals in a business large enough to accommodate them - we have one of the top mobility programs GLOBALLY
What you will bring:
- 1 year of relevant experience, ideally an activation or implementation role, working on digital channels across various platforms (we are open to training those who currently skew towards one channel).
- Good experience working with Meta, Google Ads, and/or DV360 (experience with CM360 would be advantageous, but not essential).
- A strong appetite to activate and optimise campaigns across digital platforms.
- Understanding of Media KPIs, measurement and reporting.
- Experience across the Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable in digital buying fundamentals and relevant digital tools is ideal.
- Demonstrate a solid knowledge of the Australian digital media space.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving experience.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail that is second to none.
- Sound planning, project management and time management skills.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you
