Overview

We are looking in the Northwestern Suburbs for a Trades Assistant / Storesperson who is happy and has a genuine interest in helping tradies such as Boilermakers and Welders, with a long-term view to permanency in the steel/metal industry – fabrication workshop.

Responsibilities

- Provide assistance to tradespeople such as Boilermakers and Welders in a steel/metal fabrication workshop.

- Assist stores operations and materials handling in the workshop environment.

Qualifications

- Forklift and MR License an advantage.

- Mechanically minded; willing to get hands dirty; may have some exposure to welding or a trades environment, or simply seeking a long-term opportunity with a quality employer to build a career.
