About You:

1. We are looking for Brand Ambassadors that share the same values and can share the brand culture with fellow team members and customers.
2. Have experience in Customer Service and are passionate about delivering an in-store experience to our customers.
3. Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPIs.
4. Have an interest in fashion and retail.
5. Want to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

Additional Requirements for Manager:

1. Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail.
2. Have the ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team.
3. Proven experience in training and coaching team members.
4. A history of exceeding set goals and KPIs and driving budgets and targets.
5. Ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, VM, and stock management.
