About the Position:
Located in Warrane, Hobart, on offer both full-time and part-time positions. You'll have the unique opportunity to tailor your caseload, whether you prefer to work with adults, paediatrics, or a mix of both.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders across all age groups.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans tailored to the specific needs of children and adults, addressing communication and swallowing disorders.
- Provide assistive technology and augmentative communication solutions, such as speech-generating devices, to enhance communication.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective care.
- Support families and caregivers by offering guidance and strategies to continue therapy at home.
- Prepare and maintain NDIS documentation and reports to secure ongoing therapy funding and support.
- Clinical and Community-Based Work: Split your time between clinic settings and community visits to ensure holistic client care.

- Senior Speech Pathologists: Lead and mentor a team of Speech Pathologists, offering weekly or fortnightly supervision to support their PD. Advanced learning opportunities and leadership workshops to help you stay at the forefront of your field.
- Team Culture: Participate in team-building activities such as workshops, social outings, and collaborative challenges, while benefiting from a culture that celebrates both team success and individual achievements.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Full SPA registration
- Working With Children Check
- Driver's license and car
