Job Description

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in HVAC systems

Provide spare part selection support and technical assistance
-

Oversee commissioning of VRF and QTON systems
-

Deliver training programs for service agents and contractors
-

Conduct site visits and collaborate with regional managers
-

Support warranty processes, reporting, and technical data analysis

The Successful Applicant

Qualified HVAC technician with extensive industry experience
-

Confident in diagnosing, commissioning, and resolving technical issues
-

Strong communicator with proven customer service skills
-

Able to balance business objectives with customer satisfaction
-

Flexible to travel for site visits and training delivery
