What role will you play?
You will play a strong hands‑on role supporting our division with the adoption, implementation and oversight of effective and consistent information management practices and processes, covering data management, data architecture and records management.
You will use your experience to develop and implement leading practice solutions to effectively categorise, document, understand and manage data through its lifecycle, following the minimum requirements set by our frameworks.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across our business, working to understand their requirements, and deepen your knowledge of business and operational processes across the enterprise.
What you offer
- 10+ years experience in information management, or as a data / technical / business analyst, ideally with experience in an Operations, Services or Technology environment.
- Data-driven, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, particularly with experience in explaining technical subject matter into plain language relevant to the business.
- Self-sufficient, taking accountability for end-to-end delivery, managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams and provide leadership guidance and advice to the team.
- Experience in managing and delivering large scale change initiatives.
- Experience in information management, ideally data management, records management or data architecture management within financial services is a benefit.
