About the position:

We are excited to be hiring for a new role within our Brand & Marketing team, a Graphic Designer- UX/UI. In this role you would be delivering thoughtful, elevated creative across digital and print platforms, with a strong focus on UI/UX design. You'll play a key part in shaping and evolving the Cullen Jewellery visual identity, ensuring design excellence and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Take ownership of graphic design tasks from concept through to execution, delivering high-quality creative across digital, print, and physical environments.
2. Design and refine intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences including landing pages, website modules, wireframes, and prototypes.
3. Create impactful marketing materials such as EDM graphics, digital banners, social media content, packaging updates, and in-store signage.
4. Develop and maintain brand assets including logos, icons, templates, and other visual identity components.
5. Ensure all designs align with Cullen Jewellery's brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.

What are we seeking?

1. Several years of proven experience in a graphic design role, with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing UI/UX, branding, digital, and print work.
2. Demonstrated experience designing for web, mobile, and digital platforms including landing pages and interactive elements.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (motion or interactive media in After Effects or Premiere Pro is a bonus).
4. Experience using UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
5. Excellent knowledge of design principles including typography, layout, colour theory, and brand consistency.
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
