Join our Team at St Mary's OSHC – Maryborough
Opened in 2017, St Mary's Outside School Hours Care is located on the beautiful grounds of St Mary's Catholic Primary School. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Educator to join our dedicated team We work closely with the school and parish communities to ensure the greatest outcomes for each child.
We care for up to 45 children in our dedicated OSHC space, with access to the school hall and oval.
Flexibility to support our other OSHCs across the Hervey Bay region and step into a Responsible Person (RP) role is a big plus

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…
- Providing nurturing care for children
- Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
- Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements
- Cert III or Diploma in Children Services (or ACECQA equivalent) is desirable.
- Previous childcare experience would be beneficial.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid/CPR certificate (HLTAID012)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
