Library Support Officer — Full-Time and Part-Time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency

Libraries ACT is on the lookout for a friendly, tech-savvy, and community-minded individual to join our team as a Library Support Officer. If you love helping people, enjoy variety in your day, and want to be part of a service that's all about literacy, learning, and connection – this could be your next chapter.

Responsibilities

- Help customers find their next great read or navigate our digital resources.
- Support programs like Giggle and Wiggle and Sensory Story Time — singing and dancing may be involved.
- Keep our spaces safe, tidy, and inviting.
- Share ideas and contribute to how we deliver services and improve operations.

Libraries ACT operates seven days a week, and this role will involve shift work, including weekends, across the public library network.
