We're looking for a compassionate and capable Support Professional to join our team on King Island in a casual capacity. Plus as a bonus you’ll get access to Salary Packaging options of up to $15,900

About the Role

You'll be supporting a high needs participant, providing essential care and assistance to help them live with dignity and independence. Key responsibilities include:

- Personal Care – respectful and attentive support with daily hygiene and grooming
- Manual Handling – safe and effective assistance with mobility and transfers
- Community Engagement – helping the participant stay connected and active

What You’ll Need

- A genuine commitment to person-centred support
- Unrestricted full Drivers Licence
- Have, or the ability to obtain - National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check, along with a NDIS Worker Screening Check
