Delivery Manager, Strategy

In the role of Delivery Manager, you will be joining a high visibility team that is modernising NAB and transforming the technology landscape for our customers & colleagues ensuring we win together
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to
- Drive required outcomes across Technology & Enterprise Operations (T&EO) that will modernise NAB's tech-based service offerings, providing clear insights, data and calls to action
- Assess and analyse data to provide data-driven insights and form required plans
- Provision of regular reporting to C-suite, Regulators, General Executive and Board-level audiences to advise on progress, targets and roadmaps
- Galvanise, motivate and inspire the Strategy and Architecture team at all levels to deliver modernisation commitments
- Setting up new initiatives for success, leading alignment across senior stakeholders, and then completing shaping and estimation (scope, charter, delivery plan, cost estimates, resource plan).
- Contribute to the establishment of best-practice delivery processes and portfolio management foundations within Strategy and Architecture, including definition of templates, consolidated reporting and coaching others.
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- Strong fundamental technology project management skills (ideally underpinned by PMP or PRINCE2 certification)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to Executive level audiences
- Collaborative and humble mindset, with eagerness to learn and adapt, and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong strategic planning capabilities, structured problem solving and navigating complex organisations
- Experience working closely with Architecture is desirable but not essential
