Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- Ensure RSA standards are maintained

What we are looking for

- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment or customer service role
- Previous bar experience is highly regarded
- A genuine interest in providing excellent service
- Flexible availability with weekends essential
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
