What you will do
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate pharmaceutical care to meet the needs of the community and patients with complex medicines requirements.

Requirements of the Pharmacist
- Current GPHC Registration.
- Previous experience as a Pharmacist within a UK based NHS Pharmacy setting is essential.
- A valid driving licence to facilitate easy travel between healthcare facilities.
