This role is responsible for leading change management activities related to the Terminal Efficiencies Project. This includes creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance to change. This role is responsible for collaborating with a broad team of business representatives, Subject Matter Experts and IT professionals to develop and implement the change management strategy.

Scope/Tasks:

Develop, implement and advise on organizational change management strategies and plans which include the following activities (but are not limited to):

- Design quality organizational change management strategies.
- Perform change impact analysis (i.e. scope of planned change, impacted audiences, the readiness of organization to accept change, risk etc).
- Develop organizational change management plans, including training and communication plans.
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Working with our Manager Organizational Change, and our Public Relations/Marketing areas, support the design, development, delivery and management of internal and external communications.
- Manage expectations of key internal stakeholders.
- Lead execution of the organizational change management plan.
- Develop targeted strategies to address the impacts of change on people, organization, process, tools and technology, leadership and management.

Experience:

- Extensive experience in Organizational Change Management or related experience involving comprehensive change activities.
- Demonstrated successful experience leading organizations through a transformation with initiatives and programs.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering change management within an IT environment, Operations Technology and Engineering Critical Business Systems.

Competencies and Skillset:

- Creates relationships quickly and confidently, works to build trust and partner with stakeholders; successfully manages both internal and external relationships.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Proven commitment to quality.

Education:

- Post-secondary Degree or recognized equivalent.
- Certification in Prosci or other change management methodology would be an asset.
- Project Management certification would be an asset.
