About the Role: We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to be second-in-command in our kitchen, supporting our Head Chef in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our residents at Wallarah Point Care Community. What You’ll Need: - ✔️ Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience. - ✔️ Experience as a Chef, with some supervisory or leadership exposure. - ✔️ Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain). - ✔️ A passion for food and a genuine desire to make a difference in aged care. - ✔️ Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills. - ✔️ Willingness to complete: - Pre-employment medical - NDIS Worker Screening Check Support with Skill If you are a talented chef looking to take the next step in your career under supportive leadership, we would love to hear from you.
