We’re on the lookout for a **Part-Time Assistant Store Manager** to support our North Lakes team and deliver exceptional service in a space where personal connection and attention to detail truly matter.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including team supervision and driving sales
- Leading by example on the shop floor - delivering outstanding customer service and styling advice
- Helping customers find the perfect fit for weddings, races, formals, and milestone moments
- Supporting stock control, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is presented to a premium standard
- Contributing to rostering, training, and motivating a small, close-knit team
- Stepping up to run the store in the manager’s absence

**We’re Looking For**:

- A hands-on, customer-focused leader with great communication skills
- Someone with a genuine passion for menswear, tailoring, or retail fashion
- Previous retail experience, ideally in a leadership or senior sales role
- Weekend and late-night trade availability
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, style-driven environment
