About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Deployments Coordinator to manage the installation, removal, and relocation of devices, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and internal stakeholders. You will coordinate deployment requests, liaise with third parties, track progress, and deliver accurate updates while maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Arrange device installations, removals, and relocations in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and third-party providers to manage deployment requests.
- Track milestones, update case comments, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide accurate and proactive responses to queries from customers and colleagues.
- Monitor emails and ensure requests are processed efficiently.
- Test deployments for quality assurance.
- Contribute to team discussions and knowledge sharing.
- Build strong relationships with merchants and stakeholders to instill confidence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with proven multitasking ability.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with PC systems and the ability to follow written processes.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or coordination roles is highly regarded.
