Skills and Experience

- Be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning
- Demonstrate a high pedagogical standard and ability to communicate these standards clearly
- Effectively perform responsibilities of an Early Childhood Educator within NSW
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

You must

- Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or Diploma/Cert 3 in ECE for lead educator role (or an ACECQA equivalent)
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
