Department Supervisor - Mermaid Waters | Gold Coast

What you’ll be doing:

- Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service
- Supervising, training, and mentoring team members
- Overseeing day-to-day department operations and acting as Duty Manager when required
- Receiving stock, maintaining presentation standards, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked
- Managing priorities, motivating the team, and staying calm under pressure
- Building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within Meat, Produce, or Bakery
- A hands-on leader with strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong people skills – approachable, reliable, and motivating
- Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekdays, nights, and weekends
- Full Australian Working Rights
