About The Role

Caval Ridge is in Queensland's Bowen Basin on the traditional lands of the Barada Barna people.

As Maintenance Superintendent, you’ll be part of a dynamic leadership team responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities on site for a diverse range of equipment including support ancillary fleets, Tyres, and other surface mining equipment. You’ll lead a team of supervisors, tradespeople, and support staff to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance outcomes.

Role will be Fly-in-Fly-Out from Brisbane / Cairns, or Drive-in-Drive-out. The roster will be a 4:3 Monday - Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily maintenance operations across support mobile equipment, and ancillary maintenance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance planning, execution, and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply teams to optimise asset performance.
- Develop and mentor your team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Manage budgets, contractor performance, and reporting metrics.
- Tyre Management for site including fitting and removal.
