Responsibilities

- Motivate, mentor and oversee team members on the floor.

- Provide leadership and lead by example during busy periods.

Qualifications

- Hospitality experience and a willingness to learn and back our product.

- Respectful approach to everyone.

- Natural leadership with a willingness to hustle and get involved, especially during busy times.

- Organised and enjoys the behind-the-scenes work.
