Responsibilities

- Daily cleaning of guest rooms with care and precision

- Keeping all surfaces spotless and guest-ready

- Tidying shared spaces, storage areas, and employee zones

- Reporting maintenance issues (we like to fix things fast)

- Offering warm, professional responses to guest enquiries
