Our MTB team is looking for a Retail and Rental Lead hand who is passionate about the industry, drive sales and create an engaging workspace for our retail and rental team members. The MTB Retail and Rental Lead Hand will be responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the MTB Retail store encompassing retail sales, customer service, and rental fit-out. Working with the MTB Retail & Rental Supervisor, your aim will be to facilitate the effective and safe operation of MTB Retail & Rental and be a primary contact whilst on shift.

About the Role

- Assist with the daily operations of the MTB retail shop ensuring all guests and team member experiences within your area are the best they can be.
- Work with the MTB Retail & rental Supervisor in the processing of retail and rental stock accurately. Check on the flow of goods from the storerooms to the sales floor and merchandise replenishment across all locations. Maintaining well presented & functional store/storage areas.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and research on trends, customer needs & propose innovative ideas.
- Assign MTB retail and rental assistants to tasks & activities ensuring all jobs are handled in a timely manner

About You

- Proficient in the use of POS systems, inventory software, etc
- 2 yrs + Experience in MTB retail or wholesale sales
- Experience in tourism with strong customer service skills
