This is your chance to be part of the success story. Position Summary - Subject Matter Expert in Banking and Payments Architecture and Domain. Lead cloud migration and modernization of payment systems (e.g., RTGS, NEFT, UPI, SWIFT, card processing). - Resource with Hands on working in Global Pay plus Application Support. Manage integration with third-party payment gateways, APIs, and FinTech partners. - Resource with Hands On Experience in Build, Design, Code and Implement Automation Solutions using Python Framework. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (RBI, PCI-DSS, GDPR). - Extensive experience in managing Large Banking Applications and Migration activities. - Resource with strong knowledge in IaaS and PaaS services & Architecture in Banking Domains. - Hands On experience in implementing, Monitoring and Supporting Cloud and On Prem Applications. - Strong knowledge of Cloud Backup, Recovery and high availability strategies. - Strong knowledge of Cloud SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and infrastructure. - Knowledge on Data Centre architectures & components. Mandatory Skills - Strong domain knowledge in banking payments: domestic and international transfers, card networks, mobile payments, etc. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP. - Familiarity with payment technologies: ISO 20022, SWIFT, UPI, IMPS, POS systems, payment gateways. - Experience with microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures. - Knowledge of cloud security, encryption, IAM, and compliance frameworks. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Mandatory Technical Skills: Open Shift (Kubernetes), Unix (RHEL, Solaris), Python, Google Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer, CI/CD Pipelines, Integration and Middleware Support knowledge, GitHub & Git Hub Actions. - Mandatory Domain Skills: Banking & Payments Domain (Domestic and international transfers, card networks, mobile payments, other banking products). Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and implement Environment Management and Strategy for supporting large Program with ANZ Bank Central Environment team. - Manage and take accountability of Payments Application readiness for the migration process, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. - Coordinate with 20+ teams under payments domains to ensure smooth transition. - Provide technical leadership and guidance during the customer migration process. - Troubleshoot any issues that arise and ensure minimal disruption to services. - Monitor the performance of services post-migration and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance. - Participate in quarterly, monthly, weekly engagement review meetings with ANZ Bank - Central environment team Review progress of cloud migration & onboarding - Ensure all migrated services meet security and compliance requirements. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues.
