Position Summary

As a Food & Beverage Attendant - Event Operations, you will be at the heart of delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests. Every event, from intimate gatherings to corporate functions, will be elevated by your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

The Role

- Assist in the meticulous setup of event spaces, ensuring every detail is perfect.

- Deliver personalized and unforgettable service to our guests, catering to their unique needs.

- Work closely with the events team to ensure all requirements are met to perfection.

- Serve a wide variety of exquisite food and beverages in line with our luxury standards.

- Engage with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.

- Uphold the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in every area.

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hotel protocols to guarantee smooth operations.

- Collaborate seamlessly across departments to deliver a flawless event experience.

- Tackle any guest concerns promptly, always keeping their satisfaction top of mind.

Talent Profile

- Previous experience in a comparable role is preferred.

- Attention to detail and being proactive.

- Effective communication with a personable character and authenticity.

- Proficient in both written and spoken English.

- NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Competency Card.

- Food Handler's Certificate.

- Valid working rights in Australia.

- Being available to work on a rotating roster throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.
