This is a Casual Team Member position in our beautiful Sandy Bay store. If you have a love of customer service, and are available for morning shifts, we would love to hear from you

To be successful in the online / wholesale role you will need to be organised and attentive to detail. You will need to locate the correct products storewide, check quality and freshness, then prepare the assembled order for dispatch or collection. You will offer customers welcoming and attentive service by answering any questions they have and offering assistance as required. This is a high-paced role.

Previous experience working in retail or customer service is desirable, but not essential.

You will need:

- A friendly attitude and good communication skills to provide the attentive customer service Hill Street is known for.
- A love of working with food and people (both colleagues and customers).
- Energy, initiative and willingness to take direction.
- The ability to follow company procedures and regulations, particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety.
- Ongoing availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend. Your standard roster will be agreed based on your availability and our operational requirements, with flexibility to suit your needs.
- Physical fitness for lifting and standing.

Pay and shift details

Pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award. The 2025-26 base hourly pay rates for level 1 adults are:

- Casual
- Weekdays $33.19
- Saturday $39.83
- Sunday $46.46

Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
