Key Details

- Flexible hours
- Additional hours available to cover staff leave
- General administrative and office support duties

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering excellent customer service to clients and suppliers
- Performing general office tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assisting with accounts and invoicing processes
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting daily operations

Ideal Candidate

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized with good time management
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with MYOB is advantageous but not essential
- Previous administrative experience preferred
