Overview

YOUR NEXT COMPANY: We are recruiting Site Manager roles for multiple commercial building companies around Adelaide. The companies range from Tier 2 to Tier 3 commercial builders on fit out projects to large commercial new builds.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate trades, sub-contractors, equipment and materials in line with the construction scheduling requirements
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications accurately
- Organise construction works and deliver quality results safely, on time and within budget
- Ability to offer constructive solutions and improvements
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Work with integrity and accountability

OPPORTUNITIES

- Tier 2 Builder - Various $20m - $50m commercial projects around Adelaide metro
- Fit Out Contractor - Commercial Fit Out Projects
- Tier 2 Builder - Senior Site Manager - Multilevel Apartment Buildings
- Large National Builder - Senior Site Manager - High Rise Projects
- Tier 3 Builders - Various Commercial Builds $3mill - $15mill
- Contractor - Fit Out Project October to May.

ARE YOU A FIT?

To be considered successful, you will have experience with supervising commercial construction projects for commercial builders out of the ground or for fit outs and refurbishments within Australia. You will have hands on experience, ideally with a trade background and good relationships with subcontractors. You will have great programming skills, leadership abilities and be autonomous and great at communicating across various stakeholders. You will have full work rights to work in Australia.
