- Collaborate across disciplines: Work seamlessly with product management and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, well-implemented, and aligned with technical constraints
- Lead AI tooling adoption: Explore and implement AI-powered design tools to enhance productivity, generate design variations, and improve user research analysis
- Create compelling insight interfaces: Design user experiences that make workplace insights easy to understand and act upon, focusing on clear information hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and actionable interface design
- Prototype and iterate: Build interactive prototypes, conduct hands-on usability tests, and iterate based on user feedback and data to continuously improve user experiences
- Quality assurance mindset: Actively test and validate designs throughout development, catching edge cases and ensuring experiences work seamlessly across different scenarios and user flows
Qualifications and Skills
- 4-6 years of professional UX/UI design experience in B2B software, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy applications with proven track record of shipping user-centered design solutions

- Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to balance user needs with business requirements and technical constraints
- Frontend development understanding: Strong grasp of frontend development constraints, responsive design principles, and CSS capabilities with experience in developer handover processes and design-to-code workflows
- Responsive design expertise: Expert-level skills in designing responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices with understanding of breakpoints, flexible layouts, and device-specific interactions
