About the Client:

Our client, a leading Australian law firm known for its rapid growth and exceptional client service, is expanding its Employment Law division in Queensland. They are seeking talented employment lawyers to join their esteemed team in Brisbane.

About the Position:

This is an exceptional opportunity to become a vital member of a dynamic Employment Law Team. In this role, you will manage a diverse range of employment law cases, handling matters from inception to resolution. You will collaborate closely with experienced national partners and mentors, ensuring continuous professional growth and a supportive, positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a variety of employment law cases from start to finish
- Collaborate with a team of highly experienced legal professionals
- Deliver outstanding client service with a focus on positive outcomes
- Contribute to the development and growth of the Employment Law practice in Queensland
- Achieve billable targets of 4.5hrs-5.5hrs
- Mentor junior staff members

Key Requirements:

- Senior, Mid-level, and Junior employment lawyers with relevant experience (3+ Years PAE in Employment Law from a reputable firm required)
- Current QLD Practising Certificate
- Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for employment law and a client-focused approach
- Ambition to advance your career with a leading and expanding firm
