If, like us, you strongly believe the energy transition holds opportunities for you and for everyone, then look no further, you belong with us Our goal is to be the best energy transition utility, and we have an ambition to reach net zero emissions by 2045. About You You’re a confident and experienced construction professional with a strong understanding of site‑based project delivery. You thrive in dynamic environments, are solutions‑focused, and bring a collaborative leadership style that inspires high performance and safety‑first thinking. What You’ll Bring: - Experience in construction site, heavy engineering, or industrial operations environments. - Background in managing renewable energy infrastructure projects is highly desirable. - Strong project and contract management skills. - Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant trade qualification. - Cert III/IV in OHS/WHS, Construction White Card, First Aid & CPR certification. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - Ability to manage change, resolve issues, and work under pressure to meet project timelines. - A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
