Clinician – Psychology Full-time preferred | Mirrabooka WA | $110k–$115k + super

We’re hiring on behalf of a national organisation for an experienced Clinician (Psychology) to join their team in Mirrabooka.

This role offers the chance to make a real impact, delivering evidence-based assessments, interventions, and therapeutic support to clients while working both autonomously and as part of a wider allied health team.

About the Role

- Provide psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions
- Deliver individual and group therapy (face-to-face and online)
- Support clients using a recovery-oriented, client-centred approach
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including GPs, health services, and community agencies
- Support staff and case workers with training, incident prevention, and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate reports, care plans, and case notes

What We’re Looking For

- AHPRA registration (or close to obtaining) – essential
- Qualifications in Clinical or Forensic Psychology
- Experience working across diverse settings: in-clinic, outreach, online
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- High-quality written communication and reporting skills
- Cultural awareness and experience working with CALD communities

Additional Requirements

- National Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Flexibility to work occasional hours outside the standard span
