Lead a High-Performing Insurance Broking Team

Are you a seasoned Insurance Broker ready to make a real impact?

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to join a respected firm as an Insurance Broker, leading a team and shaping the future of the business.

In this leadership role, you will:

- Drive business growththrough new business development and client retention strategies in designated accounts.
- Motivate and mentora team of Account Executives, Assistant Account Executives, and Insurance Broking Interns.
- Key performance indicatorsinclude business retention, complaints handling, and continuous professional development.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

- Solid technical expertisein insurance products, legislation, claims, broking technology, dispute resolution, and compliance.
- A proven track recordof success in insurance broking, ideally with 10 years of experience.
- Leadership qualitiesto inspire and guide your team towards achieving goals.
- Mandatory qualifications:Diploma in Financial Services & Tier 1.
- Highly regarded:Tertiary business qualifications (a plus).
