We're looking for a passionate and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our eMobility growth across the Pacific Zone. This is your opportunity to shape the future of transport and make a real impact on sustainability.

Your Impact

As the eMobility Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partner channels, and delivering customer-centric solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to position Schneider Electric as the partner of choice for electric vehicle infrastructure.

You'll be responsible for:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the eMobility sector

- Building and managing relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders

- Leading strategic initiatives and go-to-market plans for eMobility solutions

- Collaborating with marketing, technical, and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions

- Representing Schneider Electric at industry events and forums

About You

You're a strategic thinker and relationship builder with a passion for sustainability and innovation. You bring a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of the energy or transport sectors in residential, commercial and DC fleet charging.

You'll also bring these key skills:

- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

- 5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships

- Knowledge of the electric vehicle ecosystem and energy infrastructure

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- A collaborative mindset and a drive to make a difference

- Willingness to travel to see clients
