With University and TAFE campuses in Ballarat, Berwick, Gippsland, and the Wimmera we are positioned to provide pathways from vocational education and skills training through to higher education.**About the role**You will be responsible for the operational management of the student-led clinic, ensuring a high-quality learning environment for students and a safe, professional experience for clients, supporting clinical education by managing clinic schedules, supervising administrative staff, compliance and accreditation requirements, and liaising with a range of stakeholders.You will:* be responsible for the operational management of the student-led clinic, with a complex set of functions;* provide strategic support, advice and recommendations to influence the development and implementation of clinic practices;* develop, implement, maintain and evaluate policies and procedures to support the administrative functions of the Clinic; and* manage clinical processes and procedures.**About you**Reporting to the Deputy Dean you will have a demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain productive and sustainable working relationships with customers, staff, students and other stakeholders to achieve the position objectives.You will possess:* experience in the management of a health clinic;* extensive knowledge of the Health regulations and standards, particularly those set by AHPRA;* experience to work independently, as well as part of a team; and* experience in effectively liaising with external stakeholders to achieve mutually successful outcomes.All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
