Are you passionate about creating exceptional healthcare environments? We're looking for a dedicated Support Services Lead to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of patients, residents, and staff across our healthcare facilities
The Support Services Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality hospitality and support services across hospital, aged care, and health service settings. This role ensures safe, efficient, and patient/resident-focused services including cleaning, catering, laundry, waste management, and other support operations.
This position plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, hygienic, and compliant environment for patients, aged care residents, visitors, and staff, in alignment with healthcare standards and person-centred care principles.

The Central Goldfields and Pyrenees regions are a great place to live, work and play. There are many beautiful areas to explore, along with being located only a short 50-minute drive from the Regional Cities Ballarat & Bendigo, and 2 hours from Melbourne.
