About the Role:

- Provide professional and timely customer service via phone and email.

- Process orders, schedule jobs, and coordinate with internal departments.

- Maintain accurate customer data and job records using CRM systems.

- Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks.

- Follow up on customer enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

About You:

- Experience in a customer service or administration role, ideally in construction, trade, or industrial sectors.

- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.

- Tech-savvy - comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/job tracking systems.

- Reliable, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.

- Positive attitude and a willingness to be a team player.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service (construction industry experience preferred).

- Current driver's licence and own reliable transport (Coopers Plains location not easily accessible via public transport).
