Our client is a leading industry professional in comprehensive print management solutions. Due to an internal restructure, they are seeking a Junior Receptionist/ Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role will serve as a central point of support, assisting both the sales and service teams in the delivery of service contracts. As part of the team, you will play an integral role in daily operations, helping ensure that machines and services are delivered in full and on time.

About the role:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer interactions, including phone calls, walk-ins, emails and payments;
- Handling general office tasks such as postage, deliveries, electronic filing and supply replenishment;
- Supporting sales and installation processes, including coordination, bookings and customer follow-up;
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system; and
- Assisting team members with administrative and operational duties.
About you:
The successful candidate will ideally have some experience in administration, reception or sales support. While experience in the technology and print sector is not required, high-level attention to detail and good computer skills are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity in a key support role where you'll gain a broad understanding of business operations. You will also receive full training, mentoring and support from a small, efficient team in a varied and professional environment, with a competitive salary package.
Hourly wage rate will be reviewed after three months of successful employment.
