Your Impact
  • Dual-Sector Sales Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to both Residential and Commercial Sales & Leasing teams, including document preparation, listing coordination, client record management, and targeted sales marketing strategy execution.
  • Commercial & Residential Acumen: Apply your understanding of both residential and commercial real estate transactions to provide specialised and efficient support to agents.
  • Contract Administration Assistance: Provide backup support to the Contracts Administrator, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all sales contracts.
  • Efficient Team Coordination: Organise and facilitate productive sales team meetings for both Residential and Commercial teams, driving goal-oriented outcomes and clear action plans.
  • Property Information Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings for both Residential and Commercial properties, ensuring all critical information is readily accessible and accurately reported.
