As Sewer Operations Lead, you’ll manage the operation and maintenance of sewer assets. Your leadership will be pivotal in developing and embedding sustainable processes that ensure reliable, resilient, efficient, and safe operation of the system—directly supporting Barwon Water’s Strategy 2030 and regional prosperity vision.

You’ll set the strategic direction for Sewer Operations, drive process improvements, and foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
