What you’ll be doing

- Providing friendly and helpful service to every customer, every time.

- Helping shoppers find the perfect products for gifts, decorating & celebrations.

- Staying organised and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday & Cyber Monday.

- Contributing to sales and supporting your team to smash seasonal targets.

- Working across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast‑paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate

- You love the festive energy of retail and thrive in a busy environment.

- Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude is a must.

- Flexible to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Quick to learn and ready to help wherever needed.
