What you’ll be doing:

- Providing friendly and helpful service to every customer, every time

- Helping shoppers find the perfect products for gifts, decorating & celebrations

- Staying organised and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday & Cyber Monday

- Contributing to sales and supporting your team to smash seasonal targets

- Working across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment
