Role Overview
Be part of a bold new chapter in Melbourne’s BTR scene as our vibrant property in Preston makes its debut. We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable and inspiring Resident Experience Manager to shape the BTR experience and vision for this property.
Responsibilities
- Champion resident engagement through events, digital platforms, and community initiatives.
- Drive ancillary income through tailored services like pet care, cleaning, and more.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Build strong relationships with residents, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and support across all touchpoints.
About You
With a background in BTR, property or hotels, you will bring:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for community building.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
